For one or two breakout sessions lasting 60 to 75 minutes each the room will be facilitated into 10-minute segments. At each 10-minute interval, participants will be promoted to move on to the next “date”. If you would like to prepare and present a 6-8 minute talk about your product of service please indicate so on your registration form. |
Tradeshow Registration Fees
Tradeshow Exhibit Space does not include conference registration or lunch. Up to two (2) people from your organization may register for Two Day Conference Pass that includes lunch for both days and all sessions. All other participants from your company or organization must register at the regular conference rate.
Please Note: if your tradeshow booth is part of a sponsor’s package it MAY or MAY NOT include conference registration and a reserved seat at Thursday’s lunch. Registration Deadline: Deadline for online, mail in and faxed registration for tradeshow is Wednesday September 1, 2010. Form of payment must accompany the registration. Credit card numbers submitted with registration will be processed upon receipt. Registrations will not be processed without payment. Refunds: Requests for refunds must be received in writing (post, fax, electronic) by Friday September 10, 2010. No refunds will be made there after. Please allow three to five weeks for processing. Tradeshow Floor Plan: a Floor Plan will be prepared as registrations are confirmed. Registrants will have an opportunity to submit request for preferred locations. Exhibitors will receive a communication about this upon receipt of paid registration fees. Move In Logistics: Additional information regarding loading and unloading and parking will be sent to exhibitors upon receipt of registration. Special Requests: for additional chairs, electricity, food sampling, and freight handling must be made with the exhibit coordinator prior to the conference. Shipping: The JW Marriott will accept shipments to arrive on Wednesday September 22, 2010. Please call Cathy Nakahara to confirm arrangements.
Security: Please protect your own merchandise and cash during exhibit hours. Security will not be provided. The room will be secured during non-exhibit hours, however, it is suggested that you remove any valuables overnight. For additional questions about the Tradeshow please contact the
