Ihilani Resort and Spa, Ko`Olina, Oahu
The 2010 Hawaii Agriculture Conference will be held at the
JW Marriott Ihilani Resort and Spa in
Ko`Olina on Oahu. Most of the conference activities will take place in the
Hokulani Ballroom. The conference team has negotiated special hotel room
rates for those who whish to stay over night.
The hotels usual rates are between $695.00 and $495.00 per night. It is a
luxury hotel. However, we have arranged for a block of rooms at a special
conference rate of $175.00 per night single or double occupancy. This
rate is subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 13.962%) in
effect at the time of check-in.
Maximum room occupancy is three (3) persons. Charges for a third person
are $50.00 per person per night, except that there is no additional charge
for children (18 years old and under) when accompanied by a paying adult.
This rate will be made available to Hawaii Agriculture Conference attendees
for three days before and after September 23 & 24, 2010 on a space-and
rate-available basis. Check-in time is 3:00 pm; check-out time is 11:00 am.
Overnight self-parking is $20.00 plus tax, per vehicle, per night.
Reservations can be made by individual attendees directly with Marriott
reservations at 1-800-626-4446 or 808-679-0079. Mention the Hawaii
Agriculture Conference to be quoted/charged the special rate. All
reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card. Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations within 72 hours prior to arrival will be charged one night’s
room and tax charges. This special room rate will be made available until
August 30, 2010. After that date the special rate may be made available but
at the hotels discretion. |
